She currently leads the Virtual Reality program within Flight Training at Qantas, here she translates strategic thinking into thoughtful, immersive learning systems. Her career spans roles as a product design lead at Amazon Alexa and GE, and as an innovation strategist at Qantas and Greenfield Labs, bringing a human- and humanity-centered approach to complex service design challenges.
