What we'll explore

202404-DO-Leadership-Mel-053

The annual roadmap is a fiction most product teams have abandoned but not replaced. What's left is often chaos dressed up as agility, shipping fast without knowing if speed creates value or just motion. The differentiator now isn't pace; it's rhythm.

A decade of hype cycles has pulled product teams away from basics. Everyone claims customer obsession, but the evidence tells a different story: bloated products, vanity metrics, growth disconnected from outcomes. This theme is about moving from slogan to practice.

As our discipline evolves and we move away from the same old tools, templates, and frameworks, product is finding its true identity. We'll finish the day looking optimistically to the future, discussing what excites us most about where product is heading and what we can't wait to achieve.

Program

We’ve created a program that balances just the right amount of presentation time with just the right amount of discussion time. We’ll cover highly-relevant topics with your industry peers.
